"One of my favorite truffles I have been making for years now is a honey lavender milk chocolate truffle. I decided to recreate these flavors as a dark milk chocolate bar as a special limited release. As a base flavor I use our Tumaco, Colombia dark milk chocolate and infuse it with organic dried lavender from a family farm in Colorado. Lavender is known for its calming effects for the body and soul."
