Sal da Lagoa

A salt that lingers. It tastes like slow meals, grilled fish dripping with butter and wine, a table crowded with friends.

Sal da Lagoa is hand-harvested from the bottom of the salt pan, left to dry in the sun, then gently crushed. Use liberally everyday! Bold, mineral-forward crystals for rustic dishes like roasted pork shoulder, grilled fish or ribeye, chocolate chip cookies.
